On Monday 22nd November, a minibus arrived at Besoro to collect 12 super excited young students (6 boys and 6 girls, aged 14-16) to commence their 4-week work experience residential programme. This four-week residential, aims to introduce these young people to the reality of working life; increasing occupational knowledge and understanding of the skills, attributes and qualifications required; and enhancing their social and communication skills. Weekly updates will be provided to track their experiences!
